This type of profile is used in design solutions when creating a special interior. The built-in aluminum profile for LED strip makes it possible to connect chipboards and drywall, in the joint area of which the LED strip is mounted. Also a distinctive feature is the edge, which closes the irregularities in the area of the formed cracks.

Recessed profile for LED strip is often used in lighting kitchens and dining areas. At the same time, LEDs do not protrude above the surface, but are buried in it (for example, cabinet lighting). This creates the impression that the objects themselves glow from within.

Regardless of the type of profile and type of installation, LED strip profiles are needed, first of all, for efficient heat dissipation. Due to their characteristics, aluminum profiles provide good heat transfer and reduce the risk of overheating of the tape, which, in turn, increases its service life. The profile is also necessary to protect the tape from dust, moisture and mechanical damage.

To install the profile, you can use suitable glue, double-sided tape, screws or special mounting brackets.
