Rental Terms and Conditions

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use of the online rental store (hereinafter referred to as the TERMS) govern the use of the SIA "SHEVLAD" online rental store available at www.euroled.lv (hereinafter referred to as the ONLINE STORE). Under these TERMS, the LESSOR rents out the products displayed in the ONLINE STORE, and the LESSEE rents the selected product in accordance with the assortment specified in the order placed through the ONLINE STORE (hereinafter referred to as the RESERVATION) and accepts it.

1.2. The LESSOR is SIA "SHEVLAD", registration No. LV40003842925, registered address: Jukuma Vācieša 7-16, Riga, LV-1021, bank account: LV08PARX0012726230002.

1.3. By registering and/or reserving rental equipment in the ONLINE STORE and accepting these TERMS, the LESSEE confirms that they are either a legally competent adult natural person or a legal entity represented by a duly authorized representative.

1.4. By placing an order, the LESSEE confirms that they have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these TERMS.

1.5. If the reservation of rental equipment is made exclusively through remote means of communication via the ONLINE STORE, a Distance Rental Agreement is concluded between the LESSOR and the LESSEE.

1.6. The Distance Rental Agreement enters into force when the LESSEE places an order through the ONLINE STORE using remote communication methods and the LESSOR confirms the order by e-mail. The agreement remains valid until all contractual obligations have been fulfilled, namely payment for the order and delivery of the rental item. This provision applies to all orders placed through the ONLINE STORE.

1.7. The LESSOR communicates with the LESSEE using the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number provided by the LESSEE. Any notices sent to the contact details specified in the reservation shall be deemed duly delivered.

1.8. All prices displayed in the ONLINE STORE are stated in euros and include 21% VAT. Delivery and installation costs, where applicable, are not included in the rental price. The LESSEE shall additionally pay for delivery services whenever such charges apply or are not included in the rental service.

1.9. Product images displayed in the ONLINE STORE are intended to represent the products as accurately as possible; however, the actual appearance may differ. To clarify product specifications or avoid misunderstandings before placing an order, the LESSEE may contact the LESSOR using the contact information provided in these TERMS. The LESSOR does not guarantee that the rental equipment will meet any specific expectations or intended purposes of the LESSEE.

1.10. The LESSEE agrees to the processing of their personal data provided during registration, reservation, and/or use of the ONLINE STORE for the purpose of fulfilling the Reservation (Distance Agreement), including the transfer of such data to third parties involved in delivery and payment processing.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT

2.1. The LESSEE may rent any available product listed on the rental page (https://euroled.lv/lv/produktu-noma) by submitting a reservation through www.euroled.lv or by calling +371 28886262.

2.2. To place an order, the LESSEE selects the desired product, completes the reservation, fills in the required contact information, and clicks "Reserve". The reservation request will be processed within 24 hours, after which the LESSOR will contact the LESSEE.

2.3. Submitting a reservation does not create an immediate payment obligation for the LESSEE. Upon receiving the reservation, the LESSOR sends an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the LESSEE. The reservation remains valid until it is fulfilled or cancelled in accordance with these TERMS.

2.4. Payment for the rental must be made in cash or by bank card at the store located at Lubānas iela 78, Riga. The order shall be considered accepted for processing only after payment has been received.

2.5. The order becomes binding upon both the LESSEE and the LESSOR once the LESSEE submits the order and receives the confirmation e-mail from the LESSOR. The rental equipment will be released only after payment has been received.

2.6. The LESSOR reserves the right to refuse an order by informing the LESSEE if:

2.6.1. the requested rental equipment is no longer available or is unavailable in the required quantity;

2.6.2. the LESSEE has not accepted these TERMS.

2.7. The LESSEE is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information provided in the order. If any inaccuracies are identified, the LESSEE must immediately notify the LESSOR using the available contact methods.

2.8. Upon collecting the rental equipment, the LESSEE shall pay an amount equal to the full value of the rented item as a security deposit guaranteeing its return. This amount is not considered the purchase price of the item but serves as security for the LESSEE's contractual obligations. At the end of the rental period, the deposit shall be refunded in full, provided that the equipment is returned complete, in proper working condition, and without damage exceeding normal wear and tear. If damage, missing components, or any breach of these TERMS is identified, the LESSOR shall have the right to retain all or part of the security deposit to compensate for the resulting losses.

COLLECTION OF THE ORDER

3.1. Rental equipment reserved through the ONLINE STORE may only be collected in person at the physical store located at Lubānas iela 78, Riga.

RENTAL TERMS

4.1. The rented equipment must be used responsibly, carefully, and only for its intended purpose.

4.2. The rental equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all accessories and components, without damage or missing parts. If any damage or shortages are identified upon return, a handover and acceptance report shall be prepared, documenting all defects or missing items. Based on this report, the LESSEE shall compensate the LESSOR for the full value of the damaged or missing equipment.

4.3. If the rental equipment is used at outdoor events, the LESSEE is responsible for protecting it against rain, snow, strong winds, and other adverse weather conditions. For example, tables and chairs must not be left outdoors during rainfall, and chair legs must not be damaged through contact with sand, grass, stones, or similar surfaces. The equipment must always be placed in a suitable location to prevent damage.

4.4. According to the invoice issued by the LESSOR, the rental fee must be paid 100% in advance, before the event takes place or before the equipment is collected. The stated rental fee applies to one calendar day (24-hour rental period) unless otherwise agreed.

4.5. Rental equipment may be collected from and returned to the SIA SHEVLAD store and warehouse at Lubānas iela 78, Riga. The collection and return times must be agreed upon in advance with the LESSOR.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

5.1. Personal data provided by the LESSEE shall be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of Latvia governing the protection and processing of personal data. When processing and storing personal data, the LESSOR implements appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect such data against accidental or unlawful disclosure, alteration, destruction, loss, or any other unauthorized processing.

6.1. Any full or partial publication, reproduction, transmission, storage, modification, adaptation, or commercial use of the content of the ONLINE STORE, including but not limited to published materials, logos, photographs, graphics, and other intellectual property, is prohibited without the prior consent of the copyright or intellectual property rights holder. This restriction does not apply to downloading, storing on a computer, tablet, or smartphone, or printing materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.

6.2. The content of the ONLINE STORE may be quoted in accordance with the applicable copyright legislation. When quoting any content, the source must always be acknowledged. However, trademarks, logos, and other protected intellectual property displayed in the ONLINE STORE may not be reproduced, published, or distributed without the prior written permission of their respective owners.

6.3. Any infringement of the copyright or intellectual property rights relating to the ONLINE STORE may result in legal liability in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

LIABILITY

7.1. The LESSOR shall not be liable for any expenses, losses, or damages arising from the use of the information published in the ONLINE STORE or resulting from the website or ONLINE STORE being unavailable, interrupted, or temporarily out of service for any reason.

7.2. The LESSOR assumes no responsibility or liability if the LESSEE has failed to read these Terms or has read them only partially.

7.3. The LESSOR shall not be liable for any discrepancies between the colour, dimensions, shape, appearance, or other characteristics of the rental equipment shown in the ONLINE STORE and the actual characteristics of the products.

7.4. The LESSEE assumes full responsibility and all risks associated with renting equipment through the ONLINE STORE, including the collection, acceptance, proper use, safekeeping, and timely return of the rented equipment.

7.5. The LESSOR shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond the LESSOR's reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, strikes, government actions, war, national emergencies, natural disasters, exceptional weather or climate conditions, failure of third parties to perform their obligations, Internet service interruptions, or technical failures of communication systems, computer equipment, or software.

FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. Communication between the LESSEE and the LESSOR shall take place via the LESSEE's e-mail address, postal address, or telephone number. The LESSEE may also contact the LESSOR using the contact details available at https://www.euroled.lv/kontakti/.

8.2. The operation of the website and ONLINE STORE, as well as these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any legal relationship arising from transactions with LESSEES who qualify as consumers under the Consumer Rights Protection Law shall also be governed by the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and all other applicable consumer protection legislation.

8.3. Any disputes arising between the LESSOR and the LESSEE shall, whenever possible, be resolved through mutual negotiations. If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
