Return Policy Information

1. The buyer of www.euroled.lv (“the buyer”), who is a consumer (a natural person), has the right, without specifying the reasons, to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days (“the contract”) concluded between the purchaser and THE company “SHEVLAD” (“Salesperson”) for the purchase of goods (“Goods”) at the Internet shop at www.euroled.lv.

2. The period of exercise of the right of withdrawal shall expire after 14 days from the date of receipt of the Goods. If the Purchaser has ordered several Goods supplied separately on a single order, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be from the date on which the Purchaser or a third party other than the carrier, indicated by the Purchaser, has received the last Item. In the case of a supply of a Product consisting of several lots or parts, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be from the date on which the Purchaser or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by the Purchaser, has received the last lot or part of the Item. For contracts for the regular supply of goods, the time limit for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be from the date on which the first item has been received by the purchaser or by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Purchaser. If the expiry of the period falls into the country on a “officially” holiday period, the right of withdrawal shall be exercised until the date of expiry of that period following the working day (including that).

3. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Salesperson of the decision to withdraw from the Agreement by completing an application in your profile “RETURN OF PURCHASE” by sending or submitting an appropriate written statement in a free form (IN WORD format; in PDF format) which would include a Buy Notice regarding a waiver from the Agreement, or by completing a withdrawal form. Notice of withdrawal from the Agreement or withdrawal form must be submitted to the Customer Service Centres of the Salesperson (addresses are available at the Internet store at www.euroled.lv) or transmitted electronically to e-mail: info@euroled.lv. Upon receipt of the Buyer's notification by electronic means, the Salesperson shall immediately send to the Buyer an acknowledgement of receipt of the notification to the Buyer's e-mail.

4. For the period of the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient that the Buyer submits or sends his or her notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal to the Salesperson before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

Consequences of exercising the right of withdrawal

If the Purchaser refuses the Agreement, the Salesperson will repay all the money paid for the Item, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to the fact that the Purchaser chose a type of supply other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Salesperson), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which the Salesperson was informed of the Purchaser's decision to withdraw from the Agreement. If only part of the Goods is returned, the delivery costs shall be reimbursed only if the other goods of the same order, when purchased separately, would be subject to a lower tariff than the tariff applied when purchasing Goods with the returned goods and only to an amount equal to the specified tariff difference.

6. The refund is made using the same means of payment that the customer used in the transaction in the notice of withdrawal from the Agreement or the bank account specified in the withdrawal form, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the application. In any case, no fee will be charged to the Buyer in connection with the refund.

7. The seller is entitled to suspend the refund of the amount of money to the Buyer until the Salesperson has received the Item or the Buyer has submitted to the Salesperson a statement that the Item has been returned, whichever action has been taken earlier.

8. The purchaser shall, without delay, but not later than 14 (fourteen) days after submitting or sending to the Salesperson a withdrawal form or a notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, return or transfer the goods to the Salesperson at the customer service centres (the addresses are available at the Internet store at the address www.euroled.lv) or to the person authorised by the Salesperson to accept the Products. The time limit will be considered to be met if the Purchaser hands over or sends the Goods to the Salesperson before the date of 14 (fourteen) days. The buyer shall bear the cost of return of the Product.

9. The buyer shall be responsible for the impairment of the Product if the Product has been used for purposes other than the nature, nature and operation of the Product during the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The item must be used for inspection purposes to the extent that it would be possible to do so in the store.
