PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains how SIA "SHEVLAD" processes your personal data when you use our services. This policy applies to the processing of all types of personal data collected by SIA "SHEVLAD" from websites, e-mail correspondence, questionnaires, contracts, resources used in the recruitment process, and other data sources.

How is the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data ensured?
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union, the Law on the Processing of Personal Data of the Republic of Latvia, special legal provisions included in various regulatory acts of the European Union and the Republic of Latvia.

The regulations provide that SIA is only entitled to process your personal data if SIA has previously determined the purposes of processing your personal data, provided you with information about your rights in the context of the processing of personal data, and only the extent of your personal data necessary to achieve previously purpose is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data.

SIA generally processes your personal data based on:
performing a contract to which you are a party or taking action at your request prior to entering into a contract;
the need to comply with a legal obligation applicable to the SIA;
respect for the legitimate interests of SIA or a third party;

You consent to the processing of your personal data for one or more specific purposes.
Where SIA has a business, commercial or legal interest based on the legitimate interests of SIA or a third party to process your personal data, they are processed for the "respect of legitimate interests". But even in these cases, SIA will process your personal data in good faith, taking into account your interests or fundamental rights requiring the protection of personal data.

The requirements of regulatory enactments oblige the processing of data of special categories in a special way - i.e. personal data revealing trade union membership, health data, and data on convictions and violations or related security measures that SIA may use when hiring employees. SIA may receive and process special categories data only with your consent, except in cases where regulations expressly allow or oblige SIA to receive and process such personal data.

Collection and use of personal data
Regardless of the country in which you access SIA services, the processing of personal data is subject to the provisions of the Regulation. You are aware that your personal data may also be processed in Latvia on the basis of the laws of that country.

SIA informs you that by providing your e-mail address, you agree that it is included in the company's database and can be sent to it from our websites, for example, a notification / reminder of started but incomplete orders of goods or service offerings.

You are aware that when using the websites: www.euroled.lv, www.bixenon.lv, www.euroscooter.eu, www.tandirs.lv, www.euroflizes.lv, www.eurostore.lv and corporate channels social networks, SIA or any third party, acting on behalf of SIA, may collect and store data that allows tracking and counting the total number of website visits, the number of website visitors, IP addresses, other data, the purpose of which is to use for system administration, as well as to monitor the use of the website and organize its improvement.

What personal data does SIA process?
In order to provide you with a consistently high quality service and to be able to offer you products that meet your needs, SIA uses various types of personal data. The personal data processed by SIA is grouped into categories so that SIA can manage it as efficiently as possible, and also so that you can see the amount of information that SIA manages about customers.

SIA uses all personal data in the same way - some types of personal data are useful for marketing purposes, others for the provision of direct services or to comply with legal obligations applicable to SIA.

How does SIA obtain your personal data?
personal data that you yourself provide to SIA, for example:
when placing an order for SIA products;
when you communicate with SIA and talk to SIA specialists by phone or meet and talk with SIA specialists, incl. in telephone conversations or notes taken by an SIA specialist during a meeting;
when you use the SIA website, internet banking, mobile phone applications, internet conversations, etc.;
from your emails and postal letters or couriers;
from your submissions, statements, orders, complaints and other documents submitted by you;
from customer surveys;
if you participate in SIA loyalty programs, lotteries, promotions and similar events.

Personal data that SIA receives from third parties (including external databases)

Social media (for example, by clicking on one of our Facebook, Instagram or Google ads);
Loyalty schemes;
SIA representatives, intermediaries, contractors or other third parties who process personal data on behalf of SIA or on behalf of SIA;

State (including law enforcement) institutions;
Subsections of the fifth paragraph apply to persons or organizations that SIA employs to assist SIA in maintaining services and products, and to those who advise SIA on business development and improvement opportunities.

Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data
SIA processes personal data based on the consent of the data subject and for the following purposes:
preparation, conclusion and sending of service and distance contracts, invoices;
ensuring effective company management processes;
business planning and analysis;
recruitment and management;
consideration and processing of applications (orders);
sending out newsletters;

If SIA decides to use the data subject's data for purposes other than those originally intended, before starting the processing of personal data (for a new purpose), SIA will inform the data subject of the intended purpose of the data processing, providing the data with the right to object to such processing of their personal data.

To obtain information about the personal data that SIA processes for you, you must submit a request: • in writing, by submitting it to the SIA office in Riga, Lubānas 78, LV-1073, presenting an identity document;
The data subject has the right to demand the deletion of personal data, restriction of the processing of personal data, object to the processing of personal data, demand the correction of personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation.
SIA contacts the data subject using the contact information provided by the data subject (telephone number, email address, residential address).
If you believe that your right to privacy has been violated, you can file a complaint with a data controller.

Right to withdraw consent
If the processing of personal data has begun and is taking place in accordance with the consent of the data subject, the data subject has the right to withdraw it by sending a response to the e-mail address: info@euroled.lv
The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data carried out at the time when the consent of the Client was in force.
The withdrawal of consent cannot stop the processing of data carried out on other legal grounds.

Period of storage of personal data
SIA stores personal data in accordance with the established purposes for processing personal data and the requirements of regulatory enactments, as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:
as long as SIA can pursue its legitimate interests in accordance with the procedures established by external regulations;
while SIA has a legal obligation to keep data in accordance with regulations;
while the consent of the data subject to the relevant processing of personal data is valid, unless there is another legal basis for data processing.

As a general rule, SIA has the right to retain your personal data for 10 years after the termination of the business relationship, unless regulations specify a different retention period for your personal data. SIA complies with this general retention period for customer personal data in order to:
respond to questions or complaints or show that SIA has fulfilled its obligations to you in good faith;
conduct SIA internal research (for example, changing customer habits);
comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments providing for the storage of various types of documentary material.
After the retention period has expired, your personal data is securely destroyed.

What are the possible consequences if you choose not to provide your personal data (or other information) at the request of SIA?
SIA may need to obtain your personal data (or other information) to comply with a regulation, your requirements or in order for SIA to enter into or perform a contract with you.
If you choose not to provide information requested by SIA (including personal data), this may limit the ability of SIA to perform a contract with you or delay or prevent SIA from fulfilling its legal obligations in accordance with the requirements of regulations.
If your decision to not provide information (including personal data) requested by SIA results in SIA being unable to enforce policies related to compliance and servicing your transactions, SIA will most likely stop providing services to you.
SIA will inform you in advance of the purposes of the processing of personal data, as well as separately explain whether you are required to provide this additional personal data (or other information) and how this will affect the provision of services to you.

What are your rights regarding the processing of your personal data?
You have the right to access and transfer your personal data;
You have the opportunity to receive additional information about the processing of your personal data, regardless of what information you already have;
You have the opportunity to receive a copy of your personal data processed by SIA in electronic format;
SIA is not obliged to provide the client with copies of existing SIA documents, and SIA does not provide the client with information containing data of third parties.
SIA may provide a copy of your personal data in electronic format, which you can reuse, incl. transfer it to other organizations yourself or ask SIA to transfer it.

About the correction and/or deletion of your personal data
You have the opportunity to correct your personal data if it has changed or if you have reason to believe that your personal data processed by SIA is inaccurate;
You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data (or other information) you provide is correct and that you provide SIA with accurate and up-to-date information about yourself.
SIA does not have the right to correct customer personal data in its sole discretion, nor does SIA have the right to search for customer personal data in third party databases in order to keep its customer databases accurate and up to date.
You have the option to ask SIA to delete your personal data, and SIA will do so if that personal data is no longer needed by SIA in connection with the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
SIA will not be able to delete the client's personal data if the regulatory enactments provide for a mandatory legal obligation to store such personal data, or if the legitimate interests of SIA are more important than violation of the client's rights, without deleting personal data, limit the processing of their personal data.
You have the option to ask SIA to restrict the processing of your personal data (or restrict certain processing activities), which means that your personal data may only be stored or processed by SIA for the exercise, exercise or defense of legal claims by SIA.

How SIA processes your personal data for marketing purposes, incl. preparing commercial offers for you?
SIA conducts marketing activities to inform you about SIA's services, products or special offers prepared specifically for your needs (including various lotteries, promotions or similar events).
As part of its marketing activities, SIA may also conduct surveys to find out your assessment of the quality of services provided by SIA or the suitability of products offered by SIA to your needs.
As part of marketing activities, SIA processes your personal data (or other information) that you provide to SIA yourself, that SIA provides to cooperation partners, or that SIA receives when you use SIA services or products (for example, using the website or online resources ). shop).

SIA highly appreciates and will always be grateful if you consented to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes (for commercial communication with SIA), because in this way you help SIA create better services and more competitive products.

Do you have the right to file a petition or complaint?

If you have filed a complaint, the complaint will be reviewed by a board member of SIA. By the decision of the SIA Board, a permanent collegiate institution was established, which in its work is guided by the SIA regulatory documents, the current regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia, the valid binding legal acts of the European Union (regulations, directives, decisions, judicial practice), recommendations and recommendations of the Data State Inspectorate, European directives , recommendations and best practices of the Data Protection Board.

In addition to the above, you have the right to file a complaint with the State Data Inspectorate about the compliance of SIA's activities in the processing of personal data with the requirements of the laws and regulations in the field of personal data protection. The complaint is submitted to the Data State Inspectorate in the following form:
