The two-core electric heating mat “Grand Meyer® EcoNG170” is designed for comfortable floor heating in any type of premises. It can be used under any surface: ceramic tiles, marble, linoleum or carpet. It is installed both on a new floor base and on an existing floor during the renovation of the premises, when it is very important to maintain a small thickness of the floor base.

Heating cable construction
1. Heating wires. Made of CuNi, CuCr, NiCr alloys depending on the resistance.
2. Internal insulation made of heat-resistant cross-linked new generation polyethylene XPLE.
3. Aluminum foil screen.
4. Drainage conductor made of twisted Al-Mg wires.
5. External insulation made of PVC modified polyvinyl chloride with increased heat resistance.
6. Synthetic fiberglass mesh 50 cm wide.
7. Connection.
8. Cold lead 3.0 m long.
A. The thickness of the heating cable is only 3.6 mm, which allows the use of the minimum thickness of tile adhesive.
B. The heating cable is securely sewn to an ultra-thin and durable synthetic mesh, the thickness of which is only 0.2 mm, which does not deform when laid.
